• Working closely with the Compensation Management Services team based in the US this role will provide day-to-day support for Marsh Engagement Managers and Consultants

We will count on you to: 

• Manage membership/global accounts in Marsh internal systems
• Support membership and consulting teams in the US with all activities related to client’s databases maintenance and reporting (survey participation, accesses to Mercer products and internal and external reporting)
• Develop and sustain good relationship with your internal account managers and other stakeholders

 

What you need to have: 

• Excel skills
• Very good command of English
• Attention to detail and the ability to make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects

 

What makes you stand out: 

• Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible and remote environment
• Experience within a large Shared Service/BPO environment in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills
