Description
Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is a Sales Unit based in Lubumbashi, within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a Business Area, a leading supplier of equipment and tools, service and support for the mining industry. We also provide solutions and expertise across a wide range of applications, including rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunnelling, and quarrying.

Responsible for inventory demand forecasting, strategic stock process support and operational performance reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for stock, goods in transit, and OSMi in the stockrooms of responsibility.
Responsible for analysing and maintaining inventory parameter settings for standard assortment in the stockrooms of responsibility.
Responsible for the strategic stock in the stockrooms of responsibility.
Ensures coordination with relevant stakeholders regarding any improvement activities related to inventory control.
Responsible for analysis and driving stock optimisation initiatives (i.e.: returns process) on a regular basis.
Monitor stock distribution and align adequately for optimisation
Critical Spares Tracking
Liaise with end users and OBP to ensure parts and tools FC’s are aligned
Responsible for aligning schedule with relevant stakeholders.
