The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Sweden, with a focus on Time Management. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow.

As part of our HR team, you will support employees and managers with time-related questions and processes while learning from experienced colleagues across HR Operations, Payroll, and other HR functions.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support employees and managers with time and attendance related inquiries.
- Process and resolve HR Time tickets received through service management tools.
- Assist with corrections and updates in time management systems.
- Monitor time-related transactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation activities by validating time data and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with period-end controls and reconciliation activities
- Prepare communications and user instructions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Payroll Admin, or a related field
- 0-2 years’ experience in HR Admin, Shared Services, Payroll, Customer Service, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
