Description
The Sales Enablement Business Analyst is a hands-on role responsible for developing and delivering sales enablement content, learning experiences, and resources that support Blue Yonder’s global sales organization. Working closely with Sales Enablement leadership, Sales, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts, this role translates business priorities, sales processes, and technology updates into practical, seller-focused tools and training. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales teams, excels in virtual facilitation, possesses strong PowerPoint presentation skills, and can effectively transform complex or unstructured information into polished, engaging, and actionable deliverables for sellers and sales leaders.
What You'll Do
- Build presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, playbooks, and other sales enablement resources.
- Facilitate virtual enablement sessions, workshops, and Office Hours for sellers and sales leaders.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with clear messaging and strong business storytelling.
- Work with subject matter experts to translate sales processes and technology updates into practical seller guidance.
- Develop enablement content supporting sales methodologies, Salesforce, AI tools, and other sales technologies.
- Create virtual and digital learning content as needed.
- Manage multiple content and enablement deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Gather seller and leader feedback to continuously improve enablement materials.
- Maintain and refresh existing enablement resources as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, Learning & Development, or a related business role.
- Experience working with or supporting B2B sales teams.
- Strong virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn complex information into a clear business story.
- Strong writing and content-development skills.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and produce high-quality deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent business English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a large enterprise technology or SaaS organization.
- Previous Microsoft or similar enterprise technology experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Experience with Articulate 360, including Rise and/or Storyline.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies and instructional design principles.
