Job Description Summary
What impact you’ll makeRevitalize, strengthen, maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 9001 related requirements. The role owns and coordinates QMS documentation, document control governance, process compliance and QMS improvement activities, while supporting factory quality process improvement initiatives through controlled, effective and audit-ready quality processes, procedures and records.
An additional objective of this role is to ensure that all hourly and salaried employees have access to the process descriptions, procedures, and documents required to perform their work, and that these documents are up to date, understood, and consistently applied in daily operations.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Establish, maintain, strengthen and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO related requirements.
- Coordinate QMS governance, quality process documentation and documentation control activities to ensure consistent compliance.
- Lead and coordinate the Documentum Controller as direct subordinate and define documentation control priorities.
- Manage and audit documentation workflow processes and drive improvements in documentation management.
- Coordinate and oversee the Document Control Management system, including expired document follow-up, document upload, workflow management, accounts and folder maintenance; direct the Document Controller's work across these areas.
- Notify document owners in case of procedure or instruction change, document update need or expiration date.
- Maintain and improve quality process documentation and enforce its use to ensure consistent quality and QMS compliance.
- Plan, coordinate and lead internal QMS and process audit routines, including compilation of the audit schedule, execution of audits and tracking of deviations through to closure.
- Act as lead auditor in internal audits; responsible for preparation, documentation and coordination in external, certification and customer audits. Support and track the work of other auditors, ensuring effective execution of the audit program.
- Lead or actively participate in technical regulation, standard product and process audits; coordinate the handling of QMS/documentation related non-conformities.
- Compile, trend and report QMS and documentation related status, including factory level document expiration status to COEs and relevant functions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to QMS, document control, documentation workflow and process simplification.
- Support awareness, training and mentoring activities related to QMS, documentation control and quality process requirements.
- Support Quality Initiative(s), for example BiQ, when the activity is connected to QMS, process compliance or documentation control.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed for QMS, audit, documentation and quality process improvement topics.
- Maintain quality forms and support quality stamp management in line with QMS requirements.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Quality or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Experience in Quality Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience in documentation management, document control or quality process documentation.
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge.
- Competency in RCA / problem solving methods such as 8D, DMAIC or PSR is preferred.
- Experience in leading or coordinating quality, manufacturing or cross-functional teams.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and document management systems such as Documentum.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different functions.
- Leadership skills, precise working style, reliability and accountability.

- Lean / Six Sigma practitioner expertise is preferred, especially in quality process simplification.
- Experience in supporting internal, external or customer audits.
