Senior Solution Architect 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Java, Azure, and enterprise modernization to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and drive innovation across complex technology landscapes.

In this role, you will define architecture strategies, modernize legacy platforms, and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions that accelerate business outcomes. You will collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and clients to ensure technical excellence, architectural consistency, and successful execution of modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Java and Azure technologies, providing architectural leadership and strategic direction.
• Lead the design and delivery of legacy modernization initiatives, including application re-platforming, refactoring, and cloud migration.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions using microservices and modern design patterns.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Conduct assessments of legacy systems and define modernization roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive architecture governance, technical standards, and engineering best practices across programs.
• Oversee system integration efforts to ensure seamless interoperability between modern and legacy platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and operational excellence requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and solution blueprints.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive engineering excellence: hands-on problem solving, design/code quality guidance, troubleshooting, and automation to improve stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 14-19 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise application development.
• Proven expertise in Java, Azure, and cloud modernization programs.
• Strong experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience assessing and reverse-engineering legacy applications.
• Azure Solution Architecture experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud transformation methodologies and modernization frameworks.
• Expertise in designing integrated enterprise solutions and managing complex system dependencies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience driving business transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Expert level and Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related Java technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and other modern database platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end technologies such as ReactJS .
• Experience with Event-driven architectures-Kafka / Event Hub, CDC and Data Synchronization
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and API design best practices.
• Hands-on delivery across the SDLC (design, development, testing, release, operations); strong automated end-to-end and performance testing discipline
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations on Azure.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
