Marketing and Communication Executive

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Executive to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The role will manage day to day marketing activities across social media, websites, and digital platforms while ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style across all marketing channels.
• Monitor social media engagement and identify high-performing content.
• Write and develop engaging content, including social media captions, thought leadership articles, educational materials, and promotional content.
• Produce and publish weekly blog posts using WordPress or Wix.
• Create, edit, and update website pages, blogs, videos, and event-related content.
• Ensure website content is well-structured, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
• Perform basic website updates and troubleshooting without the need for advanced coding.
• Apply SEO best practices to website and blog content, including keyword placement, headings, and meta descriptions.
• Apply basic Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) principles to improve online visibility and AI-driven discovery.
• Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of Meta advertising campaigns.
• Assist with ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
• Monitor advertising performance and prepare basic reports.
• Work closely with the team to develop marketing ideas and campaigns that support business objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging tools.
• Use AI and other digital tools where appropriate to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Good copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic understanding of AEO concepts.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and basic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe.
• Experience using AI tools for content or marketing purposes will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organised, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Open to feedback and able to implement changes effectively.
• Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• A portfolio showcasing social media content, copywriting, or creative work will be an advantage.
