Essential Job Functions
- Complete audits of slots, food, beverage, player’s club, and cage following detailed instructions and checklists
- Prepare Excel schedules to support journal entries
- Title 31 audit and compliance documentation
- Identifies, investigates and reports any system, document or accounting issues that occurs during preparing and completing an audit
- Formulate procedures and training of property staff
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School diploma and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have intermediate level knowledge of Excel and 10 key by touch a must
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts; strong competency of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ideal candidates will have previous casino experience and preferably be familiar with OASIS or IGT slot systems.
- Self-motivated and inquisitive
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming employee registration
- This position requires mostly working weekdays with some travel to other Northern Nevada properties, as needed.
