We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data & Strategy Analyst to join a dynamic consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with early professional experience who are ready to take ownership of workstreams, contribute to client deliverables, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis and research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Own and execute core project workstreams, including data analysis, research, and synthesis of findings.
- Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Develop client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and financial models with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Support project planning, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior analysts when needed.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience.
- Strong preference for experience in consulting or similarly fast-paced, analytical environments.
- Demonstrated experience in analytical, problem-solving, or client-facing roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in management or strategy consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Exposure to client-facing work and stakeholder management.
- Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, or market research.
- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation best practices.
