Finance Executive
Location: Rama 3, Bangkok
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Working type: Onsite
About Our Client
Our client is a leading logistics service provider in Thailand and the CLMV region, offering end-to-end solutions including warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and freight management. They are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join their growing Finance team.
What You'll Do
- Manage all freight, warehouse, and logistics invoices in the ERP/SAP system. Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up for collections.
- Maintain and improve internal controls over financial transactions and processes.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing independently, including collaboration with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure accurate debtor control and timely collection of dues.
- Support process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Uphold company values and serve as an example within the team.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, preferably with exposure to logistics/3PL
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory regulations, and ERP/SAP systems
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
Preferred: CPD license and basic knowledge of international freight

- Smooth management of invoicing, debtor control, and ERP/SAP updates
- Successful completion of month-end and year-end closing

- Positive collaboration with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
