Cycle Counter - 2nd Shift

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter - 2nd Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The rate for this position is $17.68 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. ## What you’ll do:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program.
• Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in the ERP system.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor-managed inventory, and transit material.
• Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy.
• Work with team members to streamline processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on errors.
• Manage & Update standard operating procedures for the inventory management system.
• Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions.
• Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes

## Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel)
• Previous inventory experience

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the El Paso, TX facility will be considered. Active-duty military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certified or willing to be certified
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
• 2+ years of previous experience with ERP/MRP Software
• SAP System Knowledge
