Role Overview:

As a member of the customer marketing team you will play a pivotal role in creating intentional engagement with our highest-value enterprise customers by developing and executing targeted account-based marketing strategies. Through a strong partnership with sales and field marketing teams, you'll positively impact pipeline and revenue growth.

About the role: 

• Create and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (e.g., content, digital ads, direct mail, virtual events) in close cooperation with regional Field Marketing Managers that engage our largest and most strategic customer accounts at different stages in their buyer’s journey.

• Partner with both regional Field Marketing Managers and Sales to align on account-specific engagement strategies that deepen relationships with decision-makers in key accounts.

• Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance based on nuances of large accounts, performance data analysis, feedback from sales and cross-functional partners, and an understanding of our business.

• Establish robust experimentation with emphasis on building personalization programs at scale and own the experimentation feedback loop by analyzing results and sharing learnings.

• Deliver actionable insights to Sales, regional Field Marketing team, and other cross-functional teams based on account behavior, digital engagement, and analytics.

About you:   

• You've 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success in Demand Generation Marketing program strategy and land and expand motions within enterprise accounts.

• You're an expert in stakeholder management across teams and can successfully partner with sales to devise and implement ABM strategies that deliver measurable, business-driven results.

• You've a customer-centric mindset with expertise in understanding the enterprise buyer journey and a passion for creating engaging campaigns that meet customers where they are. 

• You're proficient with Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, and analytics/BI tools like Looker.

• You're data-driven with an ability to analyze and interpret results to drive insights and optimize strategy.

• Excellent English language skills are required; additional language proficiency of German is desired but not mandatory.
