Job objective:

• Ensures preventive maintenance of engines and equipment according to service contracts concluded with the main supplier, Jenbacher / INNIO
• Ensures corrective maintenance, accidental interventions for the assigned customer portfolio

Main Responsibilities:

1.     Responsible for the optimal operation of all engines assigned for intervention and related equipment in technical terms, PSI and PM;

2.     Participates in requested interventions and reports to the person in charge of the work within the respective intervention;

3.     Monitors the operation of the assigned engines daily in order to identify malfunctions;

4.     Performs routine maintenance work according to the specific prescriptions of each equipment or machine;

5.     Diagnoses, through functional testing and measurement with measuring devices, the correspondence between the working parameters and the functional requirements;

6.     Prepares the necessary spare parts for the corrective interventions carried out for the engines on which he intervenes and requests the approval of his direct superior;

7.     Takes measures to isolate the equipment targeted for intervention from the rest of the installations, in safe conditions, in order to apply technological procedures;

8.     Requests the execution of special parts to subordinates in the team - electrician, mechanic locksmith,

9.     After the repair, makes final checks respecting the functional requirements - functional parameters - of the respective engine or equipment;

10.  Is responsible for the proper management of all equipment, materials, tool kits used individually or in the team he coordinates in the activity he performs;

11.  Is responsible for performing the service in accordance with the service manuals, instructions or express provisions made available by the equipment supplier, related to the service operations;

12.  Respects the work procedures for each intervention he performs, the order of their execution:

- admission to work by the head of the workplace - beneficiary

- summary instruction regarding specific work procedures, risks at the workplace; occupational safety measures;

13.  Prepares the forms that make up the work file as the person responsible for the work: training sheet, training sheet regarding occupational health and safety, handover - reception of installations, daily inspection sheet and intervention data sheet, monthly inspection sheet, etc.

Performs each work in an optimal, estimated time that is recorded in the work order and transmitted to the team with which he works; is responsible for carrying out each intervention in an optimal time;

15.     Prepares the repair report after each intervention;

16.     Prepares a service sheet for each intervention with all the requested data, this sheet reflecting the situation found upon arrival at the intervention point and the technical measures taken to remedy it in functional parameters;

17.     Sends the service data operators weekly the service sheets prepared in that week;

18.     Prepares the monthly "Journal form" for the vehicle he uses for unloading fuel;

19.     Sends the journal to the service data operator on the 5th of the month;

20.     Complies with the work procedures imposed by the partners he works with;

21.     Complies with the procedures for performing maintenance or corrective interventions imposed by the main supplier Jenbacher;

22.     In the event of exceptional situations that require the prompt resolution of situations or problems that arise, he will respond to these requirements including on non-working days, thereby varying the work schedule in terms of time intervals with the possible extension of it, at the request of management;

23.  Complies with the internal procedures related to the use of the vehicle he uses;

24.  Complies with the work procedures of the departments he interacts with within the company;

25.  Comply with the company's Internal Regulations;
