Service Engineer – The Role:
As a Service Engineer no two days are the same. One day you’ll be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a
conservatory roof, the next you’re delighting a customer by fixing a long-standing issue on the spot. You’ll
bring your technical know-how, problem-solving mindset and pride in craftsmanship to every job.
Service Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking service works to identify and rectify any issues to Hazlemere Windows product within the
warranty period
Installation and repair works to conservatories, windows and doors, including but not limited to; installing
sealed units, replacements sashes and door slabs, door adjustments, replacement small parts such as
hinges and handles, identifying and fixing roof leaks etc
Service Engineer - You:
Must have window, door and conservatory installation or service engineer experience
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license is required
A good deal of common sense, etiquette and ability to think on one’s feet
Flexibility and a proactive approach
Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a team
Good organisational and planning skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to use one’s initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner
