Media Strategy & Planning, Budget & Agency Management

• Support the development and execution of annual media strategies across the MEIA region, in alignment with global and regional brand objectives.
• Contribute to the definition of campaign objectives, target audiences, channel strategies, KPIs, and investment plans.
• Monitor media budgets across social, digital, print, and out-of-home channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to approved budgets.
• Track spending and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and maximize return on investment
• Coordinate relationships with agency partners and ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets and deliverables

Campaign Development & Execution

• Lead the briefing process with the media agency in collaboration with the media HQ team for annual planning as well as campaign-specific activations. (Develop clear briefs incorporating campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, budgets, timelines, and learnings from previous campaigns.)
• Review and challenge agency recommendations, media plans, content proposals, and performance reports to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee asset adaptation, local content production, approval processes, and campaign implementation to ensure consistency with Piaget’s brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the deployment of campaigns across social, digital, print, and out-of-home channels.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between HQ teams, agencies, regional stakeholders, and media partners throughout the campaign lifecycle.

360° communication oversight

• Support head of communication in driving 360 amplifications of key business initiatives, including major brand campaigns, High Jeweler events, boutique openings, and other product launches, events and cultural moments.

Performance Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Consolidate and analyze campaign performance across all media channels.
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve media effectiveness and future campaign planning.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media best practices to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
• Share regular performance updates and recommendations with regional and HQ stakeholders.
