Project
We are seeking a driven and analytical Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage Machine Learning and AI technologies to solve real-world operational challenges, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Role
- Build, deploy, and maintain forecasting models for case volume, staffing, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Design and manage LLM-powered classification pipelines to support customer satisfaction analysis, ticket routing, and escalation identification.
- Develop and maintain text embedding and vector search solutions for semantic search, case matching, and similarity analysis.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Query and analyze data within Snowflake to answer business questions and validate model performance.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical findings and machine learning outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations leaders and executive audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Analytics Engineer to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable data foundations.
- Continuously evaluate and apply new AI and machine learning techniques to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
We are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning Analytics, Applied Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills, particularly for data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience developing forecasting models using Facebook Prophet or comparable time-series forecasting frameworks.
- Proven experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs for classification and automation use cases.
- Experience with prompt engineering, output validation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization for AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with text embeddings, semantic search, and vector database technologies such as Pinecone, pgvector, Snowflake Cortex, or similar platforms.
- Solid SQL skills for data exploration, validation, and analysis, with Snowflake experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and model outputs to non-technical audiences.
- Successful completion of a background check may be required due to client contractual obligations.
