About the Role
Service provider for implementation, integration and troubleshooting of SAP application. Responsibility for gap analysis, testing, end user training, documentation and interface to end users. SAP Key User MM will perform end user training during the project and after going live.
In addition, SAP Key User is responsible to design training and certification material for end user the PP MM WM and SD module..
Your Team
- Report to Supply Chain • Manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Project management.
- Planning for user acceptance and system integration test.
- Vendor management when necessary.
- Create test data.
- Perform test execution.
- Support end users for production issues.
- Support business users during user acceptance Testing.
- Consistently provide high quality analysis of assigned work items.
- Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and completed on time.
- Perform peer reviews on other team member’s deliverables.
- Analysis on demand integration MM.
- Troubleshooting.
- BOM structure analysis.
- Demand analysis.
- Supplier structure analysis.
- Supplier EDI configuration.
- Expand functional/data model knowledge.
- Share knowledge with other testers.
- Analyze supplier requirements for configuration.
- Other activities assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

- Systems engineering, International Business or Administration Degree.
- 8 years of related experience as an Analyst, 5 years of related experience in SAP system MM module.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- English B2B, business level English (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
- SAP certified will be a plus.
