About Role:
As Investor Relations Manager, you will support the Head of Investor Relations to deliver external financial communications and reporting for the Group as well as internal reporting. The role will work closely with key stakeholders across the business from Finance, Corporate Affairs and business segments, contributing to the overall success of the Lendlease platform.
This is a highly visible and rewarding opportunity for a commercially minded professional with financial acumen, strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment while gaining exposure to Lendlease’s Executive team, Group functions and the broader business.
Your duties will be varied and include providing support to:
Produce market disclosures, including ASX announcements, results and investor presentations
Prepare strategic communication materials such as market scripts and Q&A
Conduct investor meetings, including results and governance roadshows
Maintain an internal consensus model to monitor broker estimates and valuations
Monitor market, industry and peer developments and benchmark against peers
Provide internal reporting to management and the Board
Conduct investor targeting and maintain an investor database;
Plan the annual investor engagement program
Arrange, and participate in, site tours and other bespoke investor and analyst events
About You:
To succeed in the role, you’ll have three to five years’ experience across investor relations, corporate finance, capital markets or accounting, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. Post tertiary qualifications (CA/CPA or CFA) will be highly regarded although not essential.
Our ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical capability, a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will have experience working with cross-functional teams and the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A genuine enthusiasm for equity capital markets is highly desired.
