Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong project management capabilities including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Ability to analyze project performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Skilled in risk assessment and problem-solving to address challenges proactively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
