You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategic priorities into structured programs while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment across stakeholders in multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures for concurrent projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Singapore, India, and Europe, including business, engineering, and partner teams
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery roadmaps using data-informed and AI-driven approaches
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Track and communicate program performance using defined KPIs, milestones, and dashboards
• Drive effective communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
