The position demands a proactive approach to balancing priorities and facilitating collaboration among diverse groups to drive the project forward smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to design and implement efficient code to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues within SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and understanding of business processes to support development efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
