Senior Analyst, Account ManagementSenior Analyst, Account Management – Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Account Management supports the management and growth of Mastercard's strategic financial institution partnerships in Indonesia. The role is responsible for driving day-to-day account management activities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting business development opportunities, and delivering insights that help clients achieve portfolio growth and business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers, product teams, marketing, consulting, and regional stakeholders to execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, monitor business performance, and support commercial engagements with key issuer and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support management of Mastercard's relationships with assigned financial institution clients.
Analyze portfolio performance, transaction trends, and market opportunities to identify growth initiatives.
Prepare business reviews, client presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate execution of product launches, campaigns, and client projects across internal and external stakeholders.
Track revenue performance, purchase volume growth, and key business metrics.
Support commercial discussions, deal reviews, and contract-related activities.
Monitor competitive activities and industry developments to provide actionable market insights.
Partner with regional and local teams to drive implementation of strategic initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-up on client commitments, issues, and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, payments, consulting, sales support, business development, or account management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
