Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience, or completion of an accredited HVAC training program with equivalent field experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required; NATE certification a plus
- Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic procedures
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work extended hours during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
