PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support & Enablement
- Prepare and deliver customer quotations (spot quotes, RFQs, small tenders).
- Support sales reps with customer presentations, proposals, and materials.
- Manage follow-ups on quotes, leads, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Tender & Pricing Coordination
- Interface with Tender Management for regional RFQs.
- Gather customer data for bids and ensure pricing compliance.
- Submit tender responses on time with complete documentation.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts and opportunities.
- Track pipeline, status updates, and ensure sales compliance.
- Monitor KPIs including win/loss and GP per account.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership
Sales Tools, Reporting, & Analytics
- Update sales collateral, rate sheets, and materials.
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align quotations with local product (Air/Ocean).
- Coordinate with Finance for credit checks.
- Partner with Marketing for campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with Customer Service on service recovery issues
