If you thrive on complex challenges and enjoy collaborating with exceptional people in a fast-paced technology environment, this is the opportunity to take Cisco’s networking analyst engagement to the next level.

Your Impact

You will be instrumental in shaping industry perception and strategic positioning for Cisco’s AI Infrastructure business, translating analyst insights into actionable strategies that accelerate business growth and market influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end the strategy, development and execution of a comprehensive global analyst relations strategy for Cisco’s AI Infrastructure business (Data Center Networking and Compute), scaling programs for both high-touch Tier 1 analysts and the broader analyst community, that bolster go-to-market strategies and key business initiatives.
  • Manage the full RFI process for at least one Tier 1 evaluation annually, driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key industry analysts through impactful 1:1 engagements, inquiries, advisory sessions and events, driving positive perception and recommendations to support key product launches, customer wins, go-to-market updates, and key industry moments.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in the data center, compute and AI infrastructure market and be able to craft and deliver compelling analyst narratives that showcase the market-leading product capabilities of our portfolio.
  • Execute a 12-month AR plan while managing stakeholder alignment across key Infrastructure networking business leaders (GMs) to ensure consistency and integration across the broader communications function.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing counsel on reputation, messaging, and external positioning to ensure alignment with global communications priorities.
  • Define, track, and report the metrics that measure program impact: guide, engage, and educate key spokespeople on the value of AR, articulating clear goals, achievements, and support required from this critical group.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to develop sales enablement materials and educate spokespeople, integrating analyst feedback to support business objectives.
  • Requires a high growth mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous and complex situations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in the B2B enterprise networking or software industry experience preferred.
  • Must have direct Analyst Relations experience with relevant functional experience such as Product Marketing, Consulting, or Market Intelligence. Marketing Strategy within the technology industry is a benefit.
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships with industry analysts and cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to uplevel technical information into business level insights and netting it out on why analysts should care will be critical.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the Data Center or Compute market and emerging AI infrastructure trends, ideally within security or networking.
  • Established relationships with Tier 1 Networking analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester or IDC.
  • Excellent writing, messaging/positioning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible on location.
