Overview
This full-time Registered Nurse position in Adena Health's Progressive Care Unit (2N) operates night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every third weekend required. The RN provides professional nursing care through application of nursing skills to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Responsibilities include direct patient care and collaboration with care teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Ohio RN license, BSN (required within 5 years), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The position offers competitive compensation with a patient ratio of 1:3-4 in a supportive team environment.
