Overview
This role primarily focuses on site inspections within the Building Control team. You'll work with a dedicated pool car to visit various locations across Cornwall. The position requires extensive experience in Building Control environments, comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations legislation, and strong customer service skills. You should ideally be a qualified Building Inspector (Class 2A-F) with relevant professional memberships.
