Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow the work instructions.
- wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage.
- Install tip and multi-receptors. Then diverter strips using sika
- Apply zip ties to lightning cable according to work instructions to attach it to the web.
- Install Root flange on blade.
- Using crane to install and then operate the root grinder.
- Place a U-shape bulkhead into the blade and glue it.
- Use of hand tools/scraper to apply sika around root flange
- Install Stay bolts
- Use crane to weigh and balance the blade.
- Maintain 5s Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects and work with hands for an extended period.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Knowledge of the department area.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Requires wearing of respirator.

Desired Characteristics
- High School Diploma/GED or related experience.
- Previous Manufacturing experience.

Position Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
