🚨 URGENT HIRING – DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST (T24 → FINACLE) 🚨📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite)📅 Contract: 6 Months (High Extension Potential)⏱️ Start: Immediate / ASAP🏦 Sector: Banking / Financial ServicesWe are urgently looking for a strong Data Migration Specialist / Lead with deep experience in core banking transformations, specifically Temenos T24 (Transact) to Finacle migration.This is a critical programme role supporting a major banking transformation in London.🔧 Key Requirements✔ Strong hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact) OR Finacle✔ Proven delivery in end-to-end data migration programmes✔ Expertise in SQL, ETL tools (Informatica / SSIS / Talend)✔ Strong experience in:Data mapping & transformationData reconciliation & validationCutover & migration strategy✔ Deep understanding of core banking data (accounts, loans, deposits, customer/KYC, GL)✔ Experience working in large banking transformation programmes🎯 ResponsibilitiesLead data migration strategy and executionManage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across systemsSupport mock runs, dress rehearsals & production cutoverWork closely with business, IT, and vendor teams (T24/Finacle)Deliver migration runbooks, reports & governance documentation🌟 Nice to HavePrior T24 → Finacle migration experience (highly desirable)Regulatory / compliance banking data knowledgeCloud exposure (AWS / Azure)Agile / SAFe delivery experience
