DM Lead – Role Overview

The DM Lead is responsible for delivering data migration activities for a country as part of payroll implementation projects. Working closely with clients and project teams, the DM Lead ensures data is migrated accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards and project requirements.

The role involves managing day-to-day migration activities, coordinating DM Support resources, providing guidance to clients, and reporting progress to the Workstream Lead. As a key client-facing role, the DM Lead is expected to recommend the most suitable solutions, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful delivery of all country-level migration deliverables. Typically, the role requires prior experience as a DM Support or in a similar data migration position.

DM Lead – Responsibilities

The DM Lead is responsible for delivering data migration activities for a country, ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality requirements. The role includes executing data migration cycles, managing data validation and reconciliation, resolving data issues, and supporting testing and deployment activities.

The DM Lead works closely with clients and project teams, leads migration workshops and discussions, communicates data requirements, and supports data quality and cleansing activities. The role also involves reporting progress, managing risks and issues, guiding DM Support resources, and proactively driving successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

DM Lead – Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Willing to work in shifts and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Is a team player and team leader.
• Has knowledge of Human Resources, TIME, and Payroll concepts, and of the related Data Migration processes.
• Has functional knowledge of HRIS technology, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY, PT, FIORI).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS Access, or similar tools, ideal if familiar with ETL.
• Has a passport and is willing to travel for business purposes.
• High level of English is required.
