We are expanding our HNW Policy Servicing Team under Life Administration:
The Job
- Support and execute end‑to‑end policy servicing tasks for High Net Worth (HNW) customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround
- Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners; provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Prepare, verify, and process policy-related documents such as endorsements, amendments, reinstatements, and routine servicing requests
- Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and documentation to ensure compliance and minimize errors
- Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement activities
- Ensure all servicing processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and AML/CTF standards
The Person
- 8 to 10 years of experience in policy servicing functions of life insurance
- Knowledge in HNW servicing such as handling of premium financing, HNW product features will be a great advantage
- Experience in servicing international brokers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Customer‑focused, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong team player with the willingness to mentor and coach junior members
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with insurance systems or digital servicing platforms is an advantage
