HR Manager

We are looking forward to HR Manager in Eaton’s Electrical Business, based in Sijhih, Taiwan. Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.

## What you’ll do:

Reporting to the campus HR manager, plans, designs, implements and coordinates all human resources functions including employee relations, internal and external staffing, organizational training and development, culture and employee engagement initiatives and community involvement programs.

• Develop, implement and maintain compliant HR policies, practices, records, and operating review processes.
• Oversee staffing, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
• Guide performance management, leadership coaching, employee engagement, recognition and retention efforts.
• Lead employee relations across hourly and salaried populations.
• Administer compensation practices and generate reports for regulatory, budgeting and auditing purposes.
• Champion the site’s community and I&D programs.
• Prepare and submit corporate and/or government-required reports related to employment and employment practices.

## Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with increasing scope of responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or other related field from an accredited institution
• Working experience supporting a manufacturing site
• Knowledge of HRMS and other HRIS tools/software programs
• Solid understanding of Taiwan employment laws
• Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a highly matrixed environment
• Exemplary communication, analytical and organizational skills
