Description
Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us.
As a Senior Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of software solutions, working closely with development teams, Tech Leads, clients, and business stakeholders. With a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), you will help teams turn business needs into realistic plans and successfully deliver solutions from initial requirements through to production.
You will work closely with the team to estimate effort, define delivery plans, manage priorities, and ensure progress remains transparent and aligned with business expectations. You will proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, facilitating decisions and negotiating scope when needed to balance business value, technical constraints, and delivery commitments.
As a key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders, you will build strong relationships, manage expectations, and communicate clearly about progress, challenges, and potential trade-offs. Your ability to understand technical challenges, collaborate with engineers, and anticipate delivery risks will be essential to the team's success.
At Mindera, we value empathy, self-organization, ownership, and a positive attitude. We believe successful delivery comes from trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy empowering teams, solving problems, and creating alignment between technical and business perspectives, you'll feel right at home here.
We also encourage the use of AI to support delivery management, planning, risk analysis, documentation, and related activities. We believe that sound judgment, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability remain essential to successful delivery, with or without AI.
During the interview process, our goal is to understand your delivery management knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and approach to delivering software successfully from planning through to production. If you plan to use AI during the interview process, please be transparent with us to avoid misunderstandings.
Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.
