  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Recruiting, Facilities and business teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Employee Experience team, collaborating with colleagues across London and Dublin to deliver a seamless and consistent employee experience across the region.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as an escalation point for office-related issues, resolving them quickly and calmly
  • Partner with regional and global Employee Experience and HR on initiatives, onboarding experience, benefits and employee engagement efforts
  • Partner with Recruiting, Hospitality, Facilities, and other teams to anticipate busy periods, including new hire and intern onboarding, recruiting activity, office moves, and overlapping events, and coordinate employee support, services, and resources to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

What we’re looking for

  • 5–7+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, or corporate events. Time spent managing people
  • You genuinely care about making the employee experience great

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and juggling competing priorities, especially during high-volume or fast-changing periods
  • Strong project management skills: you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping details
  • Excellent communicator who can flex between vendors, senior leaders, IT/facilities partners, and employees at all levels
  • Experience working alongside or coordinating with IT and Facilities functions preferred
  • Calm under pressure, resourceful, and hands-on — willing to do the detailed work as well as set the strategy
