Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in trucking/transportation insurance who thrives in a collaborative and flexible work environment. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of the agency through cross-selling and outbound production efforts.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• Incentives:
  • $25,000 in new production premium or referrals monthly
• Benefits:
  • Remote work capability with equipment provided

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with $5.5 million in premium and 550-600 policies, primarily focused on trucking/transportation accounts with less than 10 fleets.
• Handle both new and renewal business, with an 80/20 split in favor of renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high retention rates.
• Actively cross-sell and engage in outbound production to grow the agency’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of specialized experience in trucking/transportation insurance within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and cross-selling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
• Soft Skills: Team player, collaborative, proactive, and client-focused.
