Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to managing and growing a book of business focused on habitational accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines insurance, with a specialization in habitational risks, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office, depending on your preference.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued between $3.5 million and $5 million in premium, primarily focused on middle-market habitational accounts ($75k-$200k in premium).
• Handle both new and renewal business, with an approximate split of 80% renewals and 20% new business.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high retention rates and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to cross-sell and identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of specialized experience in habitational insurance within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in cross-selling and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
