What’s the role?

Etsy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager. As a Project Manager within our Operations Team, you will play a key role in coordinating the activities and timelines of small to medium-scale campaigns and channel support projects. You will manage the execution of specific project components, ensuring they align with overall project goals and are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and addressing day-to-day project challenges. Effective communication with stakeholders and setting clear expectations will be crucial to your success. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Brand Operations.

What does the day-to-day look like?
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the successful execution of small to medium-scale projects across various marketing channels. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and to develop your project management skills in a supportive environment. • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manage the execution of specific project components, aligning with the overall project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and address them promptly.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, set expectations, and resolve day-to-day project issues.
  • Assist in facilitating meetings and presentations to ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.
• Operational Support:
  • Contribute to process improvements related to your workstream, helping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• You have 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.
• You are adept at coordinating multiple tasks and ensuring project components are delivered on time.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and can address day-to-day project issues efficiently.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to salary, you'll be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family. Base salary is determined by your location, skills, and experience.

Etsy uses two geographic pay zones to reflect the labor markets where we compete for talent: one called Geo-1, covering the New York City metropolitan area, San Francisco Bay Area, and Seattle metropolitan area, and one called Geo-2, covering all other U.S. locations. Salary ranges for this role vary by zone and are listed below.

Location

We prioritize candidates based within commutable distance of Etsy’s Brooklyn Office. Depending on proximity, we ask team members to come in once or twice per week. Remote candidates outside commutable distance may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the expectation of occasional travel to the office. Salary Range:

• Geo-1: 94,000.00 - 128,000.00 USD Annual • Geo-2: 85,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD Annual
