A premier hospitality and entertainment destination in the southwestern Twin Cities metropolitan area is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to oversee high-volume food and beverage operations. Position Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service execution, exceptional guest experiences, and strict adherence to food, beverage, and service standards.

Lead, recruit, train, and mentor assistant managers and team members, fostering a supportive, high-performance culture with continuous feedback and accountability.

Manage financial performance by controlling labor costs, managing operating expenses, conducting inventory checks, and maximizing overall profitability.

Partner closely with culinary and casino operations leadership to maintain flawless service coordination, food quality, and menu presentation.

Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics, implementing prompt service recovery solutions and continuous improvement strategies.

Ensure strict compliance with all health, sanitation, safety, TIPS/responsible alcohol service, and organizational policies.
Position Requirements

Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience total 6+ years); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of progressive people leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or casino environments.

Proven track record in labor scheduling, expense control, financial reporting, and POS systems.

Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal leadership skills.

Active ServSafe Food Safety and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain).
Compensation Package Details

Base Salary: $76,000 - $119,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
