Job Description:
The Transformation Enablement Manager serves as a key partner to senior leadership, driving execution of strategic priorities across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating executive communications and presentations, supporting business management functions, advancing employee engagement efforts, and engaging in high-impact initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with leadership to define, execute, monitor and ensure the success of strategic priorities and business objectives.

• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.

Executive & Leadership Support

• Lead the development of executive presentations, leadership updates, and key communications.

• Organize leadership reviews and strategic sessions

• Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Business Management & Operational Support

• Support business management activities including planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance reporting.

• Manage special projects and leadership requests as needed.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Lead employee engagement programs that strengthen culture, inclusion, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

• Coordinate engagement activities, recognition programs, surveys, and action-planning efforts.

Artificial Intelligence Leadership

• Partner across Platforms and Enablement team to provide AI initiative program support including leadership updates, strategic offsites, and program reporting

• Support enterprise AI catalyst program leadership updates and routines

Required Qualifications:

•Strong experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or related disciplines.

•Exceptional executive communication and presentation development skills.

•Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

•Experience supporting executive leadership teams.

•Knowledge of digital transformation, operational excellence, and change management practices.

•Experience leading or supporting Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

•Financial services, wealth management, private banking, or technology experience preferred.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$96,000.00 - $173,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
