IT Support Specialist | Full-Time | Nashville, TN

All Heart Home Care is seeking a dependable, patient, and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. This position will work directly with the Director of IT to support employees across multiple affiliated healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, helping others succeed with technology, and continuously learning new systems and tools.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring residence in the Middle Tennessee area, with the ability to travel to our Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Columbia offices as needed.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends and evenings as needed
• Hybrid/Remote
• Travel to Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Columbia offices approximately one to two days per week as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, software applications, phone systems, and electronic medical records (EMR) platforms
• Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues to the Director of IT when appropriate
• Create, update, and maintain employee accounts, system access, and permissions
• Configure and deploy computers, iPads, and other technology equipment
• Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and administration
• Coordinate equipment assignments, returns, and inventory tracking
• Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and software installations
• Support technology rollouts, office setups, and special projects
• Maintain timely communication with employees and leadership regarding support requests and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and data security standards
• Create, update, and order business cards and marketing materials as needed

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers and common software issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Middle Tennessee as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not required
• Previous IT support or help desk experience preferred
• Experience supporting a healthcare environment preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift equipment as needed
• Ability to climb stairs and move between office locations
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to crawl under desks or workspaces to install or troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to travel to various office locations throughout the service area
