MECCA Macquarie - Store Host

We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Macquarie, and we're looking for passionate Store Hosts to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to be part of building a team from the ground up, shaping an incredible store culture, and creating unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As a Store Host, you'll be the first smile our customers see, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll connect customers with the right team members, support the flow of the store, and help ensure every visit feels seamless, inspiring and memorable while bringing the MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers 

• Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required 

• Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way 

• Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience 

What success looks like in this role:

• Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards 

• Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products 

• Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement 

• Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store 

• Always upholding the MECCA values
