MECCA Macquarie - Zone Manager

We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Macquarie, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

We're looking for two Part-Time Zone Managers (20 hours per week) to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store.

Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience—leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example

• Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day

• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence

• Foster an inclusive, engaged and high-performing team culture

• Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams  

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments 

• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members 

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends 

• To support the needs of our new store, we're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following weekly patterns:

Role 1: Sunday, Monday and either Tuesday or Thursday

Role 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
