Job Description
Are you a compassionate, reliable, and customer-focused medical receptionist with sales experience who enjoys helping others? Green Health Docs is looking for a motivated individual to join our team and support both our Seattle and Tacoma clinic locations.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with front office experience, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable building relationships with patients while assisting with community outreach and clinic growth.
Position Details
- Part-Time
- Work one day per week in our Seattle office and one day per week in our Tacoma office
- Additional outreach opportunities with local dispensaries as needed
- Reliable transportation is required, as travel between clinic locations is part of the position
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Support clinic outreach initiatives and help build relationships with local dispensaries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office
Qualifications
- Previous medical receptionist or front office experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience is required (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Interest in learning about medical cannabis and helping patients access care
