Description
Data Analyst Agents (Data Entry Specialist) will process and analyze cases and transactions pertaing to Midigator (Kount) chargeback process support.
What you’ll do
Process assigned workload based on Midigator rules and playbook
Investigate and analyze transactions history
Provide chargeback claims resolutions inline with customer request
Align and coordinate process improvements with leadership team
What experience you need
High School Diploma.
Professional Background: 1+ years of experience in data entry, Customer service , back-office operations, or financial services.
Communication: B2 English proficiency (or higher) to effectively document findings and communicate across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
