Your Day-to-Day
- Review, verify, and record customer payments accurately in the accounting system across multiple brands and centers.
- Monitor daily customer collections by reconciling incoming payments with bank statements and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Center teams to investigate and resolve payment, billing, and revenue issues.
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with treasury operations, including loan documentation, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, and maintaining banking records.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on accounts receivable, cash flow, loan status, and ensure organized documentation for audits and compliance.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
