Job Description
Meeting, Discussing and Collecting with user on their space planning and renovation requirement
Coordinating, Communicating and setup with various key stakeholders i.e. Designer, Vender, IT, Security and User.
Overseeing the progress of work to ensure the completion within project schedule and good workmanship and safety
Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the approved amount
Creating and maintain project progress report
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Architecture , Engineering and Related field
At least 8 years’ experience in Interior Design , Space Planning and Interior work supervision
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Project management Skill
Ability to manage deadline and Stressful situations
Proficient in designing and drafting using AutoCAD, 3D software, and/or Microsoft Office
Able to work on weekends and travel for upcountry assignments
Good communication skills in English
