负责合作商超线上店铺商品上新、下架、调价及图文信息维护；
核对商品分类、规格及详情，确保线上商品信息准确、完整、及时更新。
2. 库存管理
每日同步门店库存与线上库存，确保库存数据一致；
跟进缺货、断货、临期商品，及时调整线上库存，避免超卖及库存异常。
3. 平台活动运营
协助配置线上营销活动，包括满减、折扣、单品优惠及限时活动；
跟进活动上线情况，监控执行效果，并协助优化活动表现。
4. 门店运营支持
协助线上订单拣货、商品核对及订单准备工作；
提升订单准确率及履约效率，优化顾客购物体验。
5. 跨团队协作
与巴黎运营团队保持日常沟通，协调商品、库存及活动相关事项；
及时反馈运营问题，并协助推进解决方案落地。

You will support the day-to-day operations of our partner supermarket stores, helping ensure accurate online product information, efficient inventory management, smooth order fulfilment, and an excellent customer experience.
【Key Responsibilities】
1.Online Store Operations
Manage online product listings, including product launches, delisting, price updates, and product information maintenance.
Ensure product categories, specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
2.Inventory Management
Synchronise in-store inventory with online platform stock levels on a daily basis.
Monitor and update out-of-stock, discontinued, and near-expiry products to minimise inventory discrepancies and prevent overselling.
3.Promotional Campaign Support
Assist in setting up promotional campaigns across online delivery platforms, including discounts, bundle offers, and limited-time promotions.
Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation where required.
4.Store Operations Support
Assist with online order preparation, product verification, and quality checks.
Help improve fulfilment efficiency and ensure a high standard of customer service.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Paris Operations team to coordinate inventory updates, promotional activities, and operational issues.
Report operational data and escalate urgent issues promptly.

【任职要求】
- 可连续实习 6个月及以上，每周工作 35小时 11:00 - 19:00；
- 做事认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的执行力；
- 学习能力强，善于发现问题并主动推动解决；
- 对零售、电商或运营工作感兴趣；
- 有商超、零售、电商、仓储、物流等相关实习或兼职经验者优先；
- 法语可作为工作语言，具备基础英语读写能力。

【Requirements】
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship, working 35 hours per week.
- Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent execution skills.
- Interested in retail, e-commerce, or operations.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Working proficiency in French with basic English reading and writing skills.
