Team/Role Overview
The Services Europe Business Execution Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of Services’ strategic objectives, deliverables & governance commitments. This role focuses on strategic execution, business management activities, financial performance oversight, data analytics/performance management & legal vehicle governance. The role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Services Europe Business Execution Head.
What you’ll do
Strategy
- Work across cluster & Global teams to define strategic priorities. Support or lead governance forums/programs to execute strategic priorities. Track performance against strategic priorities.
- Strategic execution: Directly lead or support strategic Services programs.
Client & Growth
- Work across Sales & Product teams to define & track client growth plans.
- Produce client performance metrics, win-loss analysis, client experience themes & pricing models to maximise client profitability.
- Produce sales & coverage productivity metrics. Lead sales productivity reviews to ensure disciplined pipeline management.
- Support production of client facing materials & content in preparation for client reviews.
Performance Management & Business Administration
- Coordinate business management reviews. Produce high quality presentations & supporting materials for senior business reviews.
- Leverage global data sources & AI tools to produce coherent management insights/intelligence to inform Services strategy, planning & decision making.
- Utilise internal & external benchmarking data to assess competitive performance/wallet share & articulate specific, actionable opportunities & threats.
- Produce accurate, timely reporting to track performance against strategic priorities & defined scorecard metrics.
- Continuous review, analysis & publication of performance against targets/KPI’s. Identify risks/opportunities & associated action plans.
Communication & Engagement
- Build & maintain collateral & powerful visuals that tell the Services Europe story & offer meaningful insights to internal & external parties.
- Publish regular updates to Europe employees and partners.
- Support targeted employee engagement & VOE initiatives such as town halls, round-tables & ongoing communications in partnership with Marketing & ESPA.
Financial Performance
- Work with Finance, Product & Sales teams to build & track Services Europe financial plans.
- Analyse & assess financial performance metrics. Identify & articulate positive & negative financial drivers. Work directly with applicable functions & partners to define and mitigate any financial performance risks.
- Provide analytical & business management support to identify expense optimisation & productivity opportunities. Lead execution of associated deliverables & productivity programs.
- Lead the investment planning process for Services Europe. Work across front and back-office teams to define, prioritise & quantify investment priorities for the cluster. Track progress too plan.
- Manage headcount, expense approval and other “BAU” administration processes.
Governance & Controls
- Ensure Services Europe actively engages in & fully conforms with applicable business & legal vehicle governance requirements & obligations. Ensure timely & accurate execution of Services related deliverables.
- Work in close partnership with the Controls, Product & Operations teams to support or lead the timely fulfilment of regulatory deliverables, CAP’s & product approvals relating to Services.
- Support execution of ad hoc controls & regulatory deliverables.
- Oversight of third-party analytics functions & continuity of business processes.
- Represent Services Europe at senior governance forums.
What we’ll need from you
- Experience working in a Business Management capacity.
- PowerPoint & visual content production background.
- Analytical/data expertise. Expertise with Excel.
- Knowledge of & practical experience of deploying AI tools.
- Financial background desirable – will have preferably spent time in a finance function.
- Experience working in a controlled & regulated function. Can demonstrate an understanding & appreciation of strong risk mitigation & controls.
- Track record of high quality execution against challenging deadlines.
- Clear written/verbal communication & attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with & supporting senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, adaptability & a very strong team ethic.
