Business Intelligence Analyst

# Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data extracts, data models, and analytical datasets to support operational and strategic reporting needs.
• Support the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines using Databricks and other enterprise data platforms.
• Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, process guides, business rules, and reusable analytical assets.
• Partner with Data Engineering, IT, Finance, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support analytics initiatives.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses, dashboards, and reports to support management decision-making.
• Support KPI reporting, metric standardization, and enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, release validation, and ongoing support activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Research and resolve reporting issues, data discrepancies, and business data challenges.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern analytics technologies to improve productivity and business insights.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on self-service analytics and reporting tools.

# Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
