About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join this growing team in Nicosia. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, working directly with end users, and keeping systems and networks running smoothly and securely.

What you'll be doing:

• Installing and supporting workstations and notebooks, covering both hardware and software
• Supporting Windows platforms and resolving day-to-day technical issues
• Installing and configuring Microsoft 365
• Setting up and maintaining local networks
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and getting users back up and running quickly
• Providing clear, patient guidance to end users
• Helping ensure the security and privacy of client networks and systems



What we're looking for:

• University or college degree in IT and/or Telecommunications  or equivalent professional experience
• Certification as an IT Technician (for example, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) 
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an IT support role
• Strong working knowledge of networking and cabling
• Good customer service experience and a genuinely helpful approach
• Excellent Greek and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with networking or Windows Server will be considered a plus
